One on One Personal Training

 

Each session is individually designed to meet your specific needs and goals. The workout may combine elements of strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, power, yoga, and somatic exercise based on your goals and what we find during the initial assessment.

 

I will be right there with you every step of the way, teaching and training you, demonstrating exercises, inspiring you, answering your questions, safely monitoring your progress, and adjusting your workout as your needs change and your abilities grow.
